21ST BIRTHDAY YESTERDAY!!!!

Yesterday my daughter turned 21 , it goes so quick!!!!!!!!

The last meat free day.

Well, today is the last day of our meat free 4 months. I will admit it was hard, even Josh said it was. (Especially with having to 2 meat eaters in the house.) The one thing I missed most was salmon, Josh said he missed bacon. So tomorrow we are having wild duck that has been hiding in the freezer! Not much else to say apart from we tried and we did what we set out to do. I will continue with some of the meals I made as they were yummy. But I couldn't do it all the time.
